BREAKING:Jack Clarke gets a boost for Sunderland whilst Dodds makes two changes for Blackburn
A major fitness benefit for Mike Dodds comes from Sunderland’s decision to put Jack Clarke back on the bench.
This was Clarke’s first participation since he was injured in the mid-February loss against Birmingham.
Although the winger isn’t expected to start, the Black Cats will benefit greatly from having their leading scorer back in the lineup and available to participate in the final stretch.
For today’s match against Blackburn, Mike Dodds has made two changes to his squad: Patrick Roberts and Romaine Mundle will start in place of Chris Rigg and Abdoullah Ba, who will both be on the bench.
Following his incredibly impressive performance against Cardiff, Jobe Bellingham stays up front, with Hemir and Mason Burstow sitting on the bench.
