A man shot in Old Louisville is in the hospital.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A man is in the hospital after a shooting in the Old Louisville neighborhood Wednesday evening, according to LMPD.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting near 4th Street and St. Catherine Street around 5:30 p.m., LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot. Mitchell said the man was taken to UofL Hospital for surgery and is expected to survive.
Officials said all parties have been accounted for and LMPD’s Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is handling the ongoing investigation.
