An Ohio State football player seems to have suffered a fairly serious injury

A serious injury suffered by an Ohio State football player will force him to miss the Spring Game.

The wide receiver room at Ohio State University is loaded. It may be the nation’s most gifted position room. The Buckeyes’ recruiting class is stacked with five-star players. With all that quality, it will be difficult for those individuals to get playing time.

Brandon Inniss is one player battling for playing time. Despite being a highly sought-after recruit in the 2023 class, Inniss saw limited action as a freshman. Having shown promise last spring, he was hoping to challenge for the third receiver job this season.

Regretfully, it appears that he will not be able to participate in the Spring Game. It appears that he has an injury that makes using a scooter necessary for him to get around. The extent of the injuries is unknown, but it doesn’t appear good. Anytime a scooter is involved, something has to go wrong.

On Saturday, the Buckeyes will participate in their spring game. He was among the guys who had a real chance to gain from a solid showing. He now has a chance to fall behind Jeremiah Smith in the depth chart and lose some playing time.

We hope for a speedy and full recovery for Inniss. He’s a good player who still has a bright future ahead of him for the Ohio State football team. He just needs to get healthy first.
