Rangers are aiming for the championship.
Rangers still have control over their destiny even if they are presently second in the Scottish Premiership. Despite having a game in hand on the hoops following the postponement of their match against Dundee, they are now one point behind Glasgow rivals Celtic.
According to Alex Neil, the Rangers possess “one of the best” defensive players he has ever seen. He had nothing but admiration for one individual in particular.
They also host Brendan Rodgers and company in what should be a pivotal match. For Philippe Clement’s team, who have the strongest defense in the division, it could round out an outstanding campaign.

only 16 times have they allowed their goal to be broken, and they have scored 64 goals, second only to Celtic (71).

But the most recent information is not good for the Ibrox team.

It hasn’t always been sunshine and roses for Clement and company, despite their fantastic season. They may have now been given yet another setback in their already lengthy list of injuries.

This is in relation to Ross McCausland, who was substituted during the team’s most recent Scottish Premiership match, a 2-1 loss to Motherwell, after just 35 minutes of play. He was listed as a substitute against Benfica, indicating that the injury wasn’t too serious.

but was never able to take the field.

Despite being first diagnosed as a knock, he missed both of Northern Ireland’s games during the international break. Michael O’Neill, the national team manager, called his injury “complex,” which raised concerns at Ibrox.

According to medical expert Dr. Rajpal Brar, McCausland may miss many weeks due to the problem.

He told Ibrox news that the injury didn’t look too bad at first because it was initially labeled as a knock and he might be available for the next game.

“Reducing pain and dysfunction so he could resume training would have been the major objective of treatment at that time. But there has been progress toward it being a

complicated matter, which raises the possibility of something more grave for him. Not much information is given, but it seems like this could put him out of commission for weeks.mccausland-rangers-premiership-europa-league-lyall-clement

Due to injury layoffs, the Rangers are already without a number of talents, including Danilo, Kieran Dowell, and Rabbi Matondo. They will be praying for a speedy recovery for McCausland so he can continue to contribute meaningfully to Rangers’ drive for another Scottish Premiership title.
