BREAKING: According to an MLB Insider, the Red Sox will still make a “big move” in the offseason.

In less than a month, pitchers and catchers for the Boston Red Sox report for spring training.

There isn’t much time left for any last-minute roster-building deals before baseball season begins.

The Red Sox have added players like Lucas Giolito, Vaughn Grissom, and Tyler O’Neill thus far this offseason. Going ahead, Boston will need to make up for the output that Adam Duvall, Chris Sale, Justin Turner, and Alex Verdugo left behind.

The Red Sox have guys on staff who are prepared to step up, but according to an MLB insider, the team is not done considering making a big splash to end the winter.

On his live stream on Wednesday with Bleacher Report, Jon Heyman floated his thoughts on Boston’s remaining activity in the offseason.

Heyman stated, “I think the Red Sox still have a big move in them.” “I recall using this maybe a month ago. I now do it once a week. I thought the Red Sox would make a significant move.

To relieve some of the strain on young pitchers who are currently expected to take on more significant roles, the Red Sox might benefit from adding another starting pitcher.

Is there another arm to the addition? Is there a chance that this impact bat will be placed between Rafael Devers and Triston Casas at the No. 3 spot? If they are indeed still trying to add this winter, Boston has a number of reasonable options.
