King’s Lynn Town’s fine form continued on Tuesday night when they stretched their unbeaten National League North run to six games with a huge win in the north-east.
The win takes Lynn into second place in the table, just a point behind leaders Scunthorpe United and one point ahead of Chorley, who they visit on Saturday.
Goalkeeper Paul Jones was back in the starting XI, having missed three games because of a knee injury, and was at his best after just seven minutes when he saved a Will Harris penalty.
