Ashley Barnes steps in for the injured Marcelino Nunez in Norwich City’s Championship clash with Sunderland today.

This is the only change to the Canaries’ starting lineup, but head coach David Wagner has addressed injury concerns by including under-21 regulars Finley Welch and Ken Aboh in his matchday squad.

Shane Duffy is sidelined with a muscle injury, expected to keep him out until the international break. Onel Hernandez’s season has ended prematurely due to a broken foot suffered in training earlier this week.

Nunez is absent due to a hip injury sustained in City’s previous match against Blackburn Rovers, but he’s anticipated to return for the next fixture against Rotherham United.
