DEZMON PATMON, WR, Ex-Colts, Signs with BC Lions

According to CFL.ca, American wide receiver Dezmon Patmon was signed by the BC Lions on Monday. Before getting selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the draft, Dezmon Patmon was a player at Washington State.

Between 2016 and 2019, Dezmon Patmon participated in 41 games for Washington State. During the program, he amassed 156 receptions for 1,976 yards and 13 touchdowns. Following 13 games in which he caught 61 passes for 816 yards and five scores, he topped the team in receiving yards in 2018. During his last season on the squad, he hauled in 58 passes for 762 yards and 8 scores.
The Indianapolis Colts selected Patmon with the 212th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He participated in ten

collecting four passes for 45 yards and a touchdown to help the Colts win games. He was on Indianapolis’ practice squad for a portion of the 2022 season.

He signed a practice roster contract with the Buffalo Bills in January 2023 and subsequently inked a future contract. The Bills waived him prior to the 2023 campaign. He joined the Carolina Panthers practice squad at the end of August 2023 and was cut a week later.The Michigan Panthers of the United Football League have signed Dezmon Patmon.
