The 2024 football schedule was made public by the conference on Wednesday night, and it has Clemson taking on the top four teams from the previous season’s ACC rankings.
Eight ACC games and four nonconference games are scheduled for Coach Dabo Swinney’s squad, as has become the norm. The season opener, scheduled for August 31, will take place in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium versus Georgia and is the Aflac Kickoff Game.
The Tigers will host nonconference matches at home against South Carolina, The Citadel, and Appalachian State. Louisville, NC State, Stanford, and Virginia will play ACC games at Memorial Stadium.
The Tigers’ first real road game of the season will take place on October 5 when they travel to Tallahassee to take on the Seminoles and former Clemson quarterback DJ Uiagalelei. Other road trips that Clemson will undertake include travels to Florida State, Pitt, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest.
