The football schedule for Ohio State’s eight home games is set for 2024.

In the new, expanded 18-team league, the Big Ten Conference will play its inaugural season this year. Oregon, UCLA, USC, and Washington will join as full-time members the following year. Every one of the 18 Big Ten Conference teams will play nine intraconference games a season, and in every five years, schools will play every other conference opponent at least twice and no more than three times, according to the schedules.

The Big Ten announced all of the teams’ home and away opponents for the next five years on October 5; however, dates were not disclosed. The precise dates of the upcoming year’s team schedule announcements have not yet been finalized.

Ohio Stadium will host eight home games for Ohio State in 2024, including the school’s 120th-ever meeting with Michigan. In addition, Ohio State will play four Big Ten games against Iowa, Nebraska, Purdue, and Indiana. There will be more home games against Marshall, Western Michigan, and Southern Mississippi.

Ohio State’s Big Ten away games in 2024 will be against Oregon, Penn State, Northwestern, and Michigan State on September 28, the conference’s opening game.
