Ipswich Town
Ed Sheeran and a former Rangers star headline Ipswich Town’s promotion celebration with a lively and festive sing-along.
Former Aberdeen and Rangers defender Dominic Ball joins superstar musician Ed Sheeran in the festivities.
Dominic Ball has been thoroughly enjoying Ipswich Town’s exuberant promotion celebration by teaming up with one of the world’s biggest pop stars for a duet. Despite not featuring for the Tractor Boys since April 13 and experiencing limited playing time this season with only 16 appearances, Ball enthusiastically joined in the festivities following Ipswich’s promotion back to the Premier League after more than two decades.
The 28-year-old shared several clips on his Instagram account, showcasing himself and lifelong Ipswich supporter Ed Sheeran passionately singing various tunes, including the festive classic “Merry Christmas Everyone,” following Ipswich’s 2-0 victory over Huddersfield last Saturday. Sheeran, known for his unwavering support for Ipswich Town despite his global fame, is a familiar face at Portman Road and appears to be relishing the celebration as much as any of the players.
