Five Hawks have been rewarded for their performances against North Melbourne.

Five Hawks have been commended by the coaches for their outstanding performances in Hawthorn’s 45-point victory over North Melbourne on Sunday afternoon at Marvel Stadium.

Leading the pack in the midfield was Jai Newcombe, who received nine votes. The 22-year-old tallied an impressive 32 disposals, tying for the highest in the game, along with nine score involvements, nine clearances, and six tackles.

Following closely behind, Dylan Moore earned eight votes after securing an equal career-high of four goals from his 20 disposals. The 24-year-old also contributed eight score involvements and took five marks.

Conor Nash received seven votes for his stellar performance in the midfield, marking a season-best effort.

Similar to Newcombe, Nash also amassed 32 disposals, accompanied by a game-high 10 clearances, eight tackles, eight score involvements, and five marks.

Making a notable return to the AFL side, Harry Morrison delivered an impressive performance, recording 26 disposals, seven marks, six score involvements, and capped it off with a goal, earning three coaches’ votes.

Jarman Impey maintained his consistent form in defense, securing two coaches’ votes with his 22 disposals, 10 marks, six intercept possessions, and four score involvements.

Looking ahead, the Hawks will strive for back-to-back victories as they take on Sydney at the MCG on Sunday at 4pm AEST.
