Former Wimbledon Champion shares Novak Djokovic’s biggest challenge involving his family

Former WTA player Marion Bartoli, who has a deep admiration for Novak Djokovic, recently discussed the evident decline in his play this year.

Unlike most of his seasons, the Serbian player didn’t have a final when he came in Paris this year. Typically, by this point, he usually had two or more.

He is not new to form struggles; like many tennis players, Djokovic has experienced them in the past. However, this match will determine whether or not the Serbian succeeds. Regardless of his struggles, he was always at his best when competing in Grand Slam events.

Djokovic has been talking a lot lately about how much he misses his family, but that is just part of his work. We’ll see if it actually hurts his career or if he finds drive again, but it’s probably going to cause him to retire earlier than people may anticipate.
