As the season’s end approaches, the futures of four Rangers players remain uncertain, as reported by the Scottish Daily Mail. Leon Balogun, Borna Barisic, Ryan Jack, and Kemar Roofe are all nearing the end of their contracts but could potentially earn extensions if they perform well in the remaining matches.

Despite being out of contract soon, these players could secure new deals by contributing to a strong finish to the season. Rangers have the chance to achieve a domestic treble, having recently secured a spot in the Scottish Cup final by defeating Hearts 2-0.

They are currently trailing Old Firm rivals Celtic by three points in the Scottish Premiership table. While players like John Lundstram have been linked with moves away, there is a desire from the management to retain them at Ibrox.

However, the future of the four aforementioned players is less certain. Roofe has fallen out of favor while Barisic and others have underperformed in recent weeks.

Jack and Balogun have seen limited playing time, adding further uncertainty to their situations. Nonetheless, if these players deliver strong performances in the remaining games, they could still secure their positions at Rangers beyond the current season.

With five league games left, including another clash with Celtic, and the Scottish Cup final on the horizon, Rangers still have ample opportunities to make this season a memorable one.
