This past weekend proved to be a significant occasion for the Mizzou Football program, as numerous highly regarded recruits scheduled official visits to Columbia.

In addition to the efforts made by Matt Zollers, the future quarterback of Mizzou, to recruit new players, another commitment has been secured for Mizzou’s 2025 recruiting class.

Following his official visit, Mark Manfred, a three-star cornerback hailing from Marietta, Georgia, has publicly announced his commitment to Missouri.

Manfred now joins Dyllon Williams as the second defensive back to be included in Mizzou’s 2025 class.

According to On3 Sports, Manfred was highly sought after by Ole Miss and Miami, as indicated by their Recruiting Prediction Machine. However, Eli Drinkwitz and Missouri have emerged victorious in yet another recruiting battle.

With the addition of Manfred, Mizzou currently boasts a Top 25 recruiting class, ranking 25th on Rivals, 23rd on 247Sports, and 18th according to On3.
