The Chiefs’ dominance over the Chargers has been so pronounced in recent years that it’s almost unfair to label it as a true rivalry. However, the tide may be turning for Los Angeles with Jim Harbaugh at the helm and a revamped roster.

Despite changes on the horizon, some things remain constant. Luquay Washington, an undrafted rookie free agent linebacker, appeared destined for the Chargers. However, he reportedly had a change of heart and will now be joining the two-time defending Super Bowl champions.

Standing at 6’3″ and weighing 230 pounds, Washington, hailing from Central Connecticut, adds depth to an already formidable linebacker corps in Kansas City. He is expected to contribute on special teams while honing his skills and understanding of the professional game.
