The NBA announced the results of the third round of voting for the 2024 All-Star team on Thursday afternoon. For the third week in a row, all five of the Celtics’ starters were among the top vote-getters in the Eastern Conference.

Over the course of the previous week, Jayson Tatum (3,717,311 votes), Jaylen Brown (977,953 votes), and Kristaps Porzingis (567,036 votes) all maintained their positions. The three frontcourt players were still ranked third, fifth, and sixth, respectively.

Derrick White (515,882 votes) and Jrue Holiday (407,126 votes), the backcourt duo of “Stock Exchange,” also found themselves stuck in the same spots. Among guards in the Eastern Conference, White maintained his seventh-place ranking, while Holiday remained in ninth.

According to the league, fans can vote until this Saturday. The final results will be made public on Thursday, January 25, on TNT’s “Inside the NBA.”

Voting by fans is limited to the starting lineup. Fans vote for three frontcourt players and two backcourt players from each conference; coaches, other players, and a media panel choose the reserves.

Tatum appears to have secured a spot among the starting lineup as of right now, and Brown is likely to be selected a reserve. Things are not quite clear what will happen to the other three Cs.

More than four players have never been selected for an All-Star Game for any squad. In the nine years that the NBA has existed, four members of the same team have received the award. The Celtics have fielded three of those squads. It was carried out in 1962, 1975, and 2011.
