LATEST NEWS:Ohio State is chosen by 2025 five-star cornerback Na’eem Offord.
Columbus, Ohio — Na’eem Offord, a five-star cornerback in 2025, unexpectedly announced his decision to attend Ohio State on Sunday.
Offord, the top cornerback, top player, and No. 5 player overall in the 247Sports composite rankings, decided to join the Buckeyes in an already strong 2025 class.
Offord is one of the best players in the class at 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds. He is a top-tier cornerback with excellent size and range. He will join Devin Sanchez, a five-star cornerback, at Ohio State, which boasts by far the strongest recruiting class of cornerbacks in the nation.
With Offord joining the team, Ohio State now boasts three defensive linemen ranked in the top 40, in addition to another cornerback, Blake Woodby, who is ranked 76th overall.
So far, Ohio State has eight commitments for its 2025 class.
