Karamoko Dembele is being watched by a number of English clubs, including Middlesbrough, Leeds United, and Leicester City, following his successful loan stint at Blackpool.

The name of the attacking midfielder is one that many may be familiar with because he rose through the ranks at Celtic and demonstrated his extraordinary talent when he played for their U20 team at the age of 13.

At the age of 21, Dembele’s time with the Glasgow giants wasn’t exactly what he had hoped for, despite making ten appearances and breaking through into the first team.

But in the summer of 2022, he would go on to Brest, where he would play in 15 games in Ligue 1 in his first complete season.

Three clubs with aspirations to compete in the Premier League, Leicester City, Southampton, and Leeds United, are also interested. As is a Middlesbrough team hoping to recover from an unsatisfactory campaign.

Since Dembele’s contract with Brest expires in the summer of 2026, any agreement involving the French team would need to be reached in the summer.

Karamoko Dembele must make a significant choice regarding his future.
Dembele is undoubtedly a player with a ton of skill, so it will be interesting to see how things work out for him. However, he needs to find the appropriate club in order to be able to further his career.

Dembele must therefore locate a place to play, even if it is clear why a Premier League team would be appealing to him.

The midfielder seemed to be struggling to find his way after leaving Celtic, but this season with Blackpool has been fantastic for him.

Dembele’s current priorities will be completingthe season with Blackpool enjoying their best moment and a top six finish very much in the balance. Then, when the summer window opens, a move might be in order.
