Middlesbrough is reportedly in the process of negotiating new terms for summer acquisition Rav van den Berg, amidst ongoing speculation linking the young defender to several Premier League clubs. The 19-year-old, who joined the Teesside club last July from Dutch side PEC Zwolle for an undisclosed fee, was considered a significant capture for Michael Carrick’s squad. Despite interest from prestigious clubs such as AS Roma, AC Milan, and Bayern Munich, van den Berg opted for Middlesbrough.
