Do the Patriots think they should take Rob Gronkowski’s advice?
Every position is stacked with talent for the 2024 NFL Draft. This means that teams like the New England Patriots, who are selecting early, will have to make difficult decisions. Rome Odunze, Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, or even Byron Murphy II are possible options for Jerod Mayo. Conversely, Rob Gronkowski is focused on a specific wide receiver for Ohio State football. The renowned tight end is fully sold and goes by the name Marvin Harrison Jr., according to NBC Sports Boston.
“I enjoy the viewpoint. With this pick, they are unable to surpass their coverage. Since, I believe, Drew Bledsoe, this is their highest draft choice in a long time. Regarding the significance of the Patriots’ draft selection, Rob Gronkowski stated, “They selected him, number one overall in the 1998 (1993) draft.”
Should the Patriots pick the Ohio State football standout?

Jerod Mayo can choose to go with a player who can eventually take the place of Bailey Zappe or Mac Jones. The Patriots will need to develop yet another project in order to take this gamble. But Gronkowski is aware that the Ohio State football standout can make an impact right away in the 2024 NFL Draft.
“If they decide against selecting a quarterback, I believe that Marvin Harrison Jr. at wide receiver is a lock to succeed right away and won’t be a bust. Drake Maye and Caleb Williams have already been eliminated from the running. He’s an explosive player, really,” he said.
Furthermore, the legend of the Patriots asserts that the Ohio State football player’s skill set is more than just what connects them.
“Take Marvin Harrison Jr. if you want those players.” In addition to being an explosive player, his father attended Syracuse. That’s a connection right there—I was a Syracuse fan growing up,” Gronk said.
Harrison Jr. managed to grab 67 receptions for 1,211 receiving yards by the end of the season. In addition, he scored 14 touchdowns, demonstrating his lethality in the end zone. He completed 69 plays for 1,237 yards and 15 touchdowns at the line of scrimmage. The Patriots can rely on him to drive the ball down the field because of his average gain of 17.9 yards.
