Liverpool is under pressure to appoint a new manager before the end of the season, with just over five weeks left until Jurgen Klopp’s departure. Reports suggested that talks with Sporting manager Ruben Amorim were progressing, but Liverpool insiders indicate that Amorim has not yet been decided upon. The club appears to be taking its time with the recruitment process and is reportedly considering other candidates, including Germany’s Julian Nagelsmann.

While Amorim remains a strong contender, Liverpool is not rushing into a decision and is exploring all options. Despite speculation, Amorim’s appointment is not confirmed, leaving room for other potential candidates like Nagelsmann or Thiago Motta of Bologna. However, Amorim remains a likely choice to succeed Klopp, although nothing is finalized at this stage.
