The Scottish Sun has reported unfortunate news regarding Rangers striker Zak Lovelace on March 6th. During a friendly match against Royal Antwerp in Belgium, the 18-year-old lasted only 18 minutes for the B Team before being forced off due to injury. The severity of the injury has yet to be disclosed, but Lovelace has had a troubled journey with the club, having previously suffered a serious hamstring injury that sidelined him for almost six months. Despite his eagerness to return to form and fitness, Lovelace’s progress has been hindered by setbacks. His contract is set to expire in the summer, adding pressure to prove himself to manager Philippe Clement. With several key players already sidelined, Lovelace had a valuable opportunity to showcase his abilities, but luck has not been on his side. Rangers fans will hope for a swift recovery for Lovelace, allowing him to fulfill his potential in the future under Clement’s guidance.
