TCU football secures commitment of 2025 three-star LB Sam Haley.
Nashville Ensworth’s three-star inside linebacker, Sam Haley, revealed his commitment to TCU Football on Friday night through an Instagram Live session, elevating the Horned Frogs’ 2025 Class to nine players.
With Haley on board, TCU’s 2025 Class now ranks in the Top 25 nationally, claiming the 22nd spot overall according to 247Sports. Choosing TCU over 21 other offers, Haley’s final four included North Carolina, Virginia Tech, and Tennessee.
Ranked as one of the top 25 players in Tennessee, the 6-foot-3, 220-pound linebacker marks the first recruit from outside of Texas to join TCU’s 2025 Class. Haley, rated as the 78th linebacker in the nation, joins fellow linebacker prospects Dillon Arkansas and Keylan Abrams as part of new defensive coordinator Andy Avalos’ recruitment efforts.
With a total of 138 tackles over three high school seasons, Haley has showcased his skills, including 4 sacks and 50 solo tackles in 2023. Ensworth kicks off its 2024 season on August 23 at home against Union City.
