WOIO, CLEVELAND, Ohio – After working out with Myles Garrett earlier in the week, Lebron James, another superstar from Cleveland, offered nothing but respect for the man.

During the Lakers’ 116-112 victory over the Clippers on Wednesday, Lebron acknowledged Garrett in his postgame interview. The Lakers had fallen behind 98-77 in the fourth quarter as well. Lebron finished the game with 39 points after outscoring the Clippers 19–16 in the fourth quarter.

When questioned about his workouts with the top defensive end for the Browns, Lebron had nothing but positive things to say about the DPOY.

He’s a true beast, Lebron remarked. “He deserves to be named defensive player of the year and will only get better.”
