BARLOW ANNOUNCES NEW TRAIL The San Antonio Spurs have made a comparable move following the acquisition of Marcus Morris.

Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports that the Spurs are turning Dominick Barlow’s two-way contract into a regular one.

This season, Barlow, 20, is scoring 4.6 points per contest on average. With a two-way spot currently open, the Spurs can add a new player. According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the team is also adding Jamaree Bouyea.

1 MARCH MORRIS CAME OUT Marcus Morris has officially been parted from the San Antonio Spurs.

Morris, who the team acquired through trade on February 9, and the team announced that they had reached a buyout agreement.

Morris is now qualified to play in the postseason after signing with a contender.

The Atlanta Hawks waived Patty Mills on February 29. With the Hawks, the 35-year-old guard averaged 2.7 points per game.

After winning the 2014 NBA Finals, Mills lived and worked in San Antonio for ten seasons, becoming a fixture in the city. It will be rumored that the Spurs bring him back due to his upcoming free agency.

KERR SIGNS WARRIORS EXTENSION ON FEBRUARY 23 Steve Kerr’s tenure as coach of the Golden State Warriors is being extended.

Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports that Kerr inked a $35 million, two-year contract deal that will keep him playing until the 2025–2026 season.

In addition to earning more money each year on his five-year, $80 million contract, San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich serves as the team president. Of all the people who work only as coaches, Kerr earns the highest annual salary.
