Jen has been an integral part of Blackburn Rovers Community Trust for 15 years, contributing significantly to the charity’s mission and now serving as a key member of the senior leadership team. Her hard work and commitment have positively impacted numerous lives in the local community, earning her recognition as a friendly and familiar face across the borough.

Upon receiving the award, Jen expressed gratitude for the honor and reflected on her journey from starting as a dance teacher in local primary schools to becoming the Head of Primary Education, where she now mentors and leads staff members.
