TRENDING: The Miami Heat have provided crucial updates regarding the availability of key players ahead of their upcoming game against the Portland Trail Blazers, which comes as part of a back-to-back. Following a significant victory over the Sacramento Kings, during which several key players were sidelined due to suspensions and injuries, including Terry Rozier, Tyler Herro, and Jimmy Butler, fans eagerly await news regarding their potential participation in Tuesday night’s matchup.

Regarding injuries, Terry Rozier has been cleared and is listed as “available” to play on Tuesday, as per the team’s announcement on X (formerly known as Twitter). Rozier has been dealing with a knee injury since sustaining it on February 11 during the Heat’s loss to the Boston Celtics.

While Terry Rozier’s availability is a positive development for the Miami Heat, star Tyler Herro will be sidelined against the Trail Blazers due to a knee injury. Herro’s absence is attributed to a hyperextended left knee, although MRI results revealed no structural damage. This news comes after Herro missed a significant portion of November due to a Grade 2 right ankle sprain.

Additionally, Josh Richardson remains out with a shoulder injury sustained on February 11, coinciding with Rozier’s injury during the Heat’s matchup against the Celtics. Orlando Robinson, a key big man for the team, will also be absent due to a back injury.

To address the depleted backcourt, the Heat signed former Washington Wizards guard Delon Wright in the buyout market. Wright made his debut for the Heat during Monday’s game against the Kings, where he contributed significantly with 13 points, five assists, two steals, and one block.

On the suspension front, Heat stars Jimmy Butler and Nikola Jovic are set to return against the Trail Blazers following one-game suspensions stemming from an altercation with players from the New Orleans Pelicans, including Naji Marshall. Their return is anticipated to bolster the Heat as they aim to make a strong push in the latter part of the season.

In a lighter moment, Butler shared on his Instagram page a dinner gathering with Jovic and Thomas Bryant as they watched the Heat’s victory over the Kings. Rookie Jaime Jaquez Jr. dedicated the win to the suspended players following his impressive 26-point performance.
