UPDATE: Red Raider Recruiting Six-Pack

Welcome back to The Recruiting Six Pack for this week. The class of 2025 is currently open, having passed National Signing Day. Texas Tech Red Raiders placed first in the Big 12 and twenty-fourth in the country after everything was said and done. The staff, general manager James Blanchard, and head coach Joey McGuire are now concentrating on 2025 and beyond. Let’s now examine a few of the most recent Red Raider recruiting targets.

2025 Red Raider targets

On February 8, the Red Raiders extended an offer to defensive end Daeshon Morgan of Vandegrift High School in Austin, Texas, 2025. “Everything is moving forward smoothly. I feel like my hard work is finally paying off, and it’s all a blessing from the Lord. That encourages me to put in more effort. Being in Texas and nearer to family, receiving an offer from Tech was a big blessing, Morgan said. UTEP, UTSA, California, North Texas, Arizona State, Arkansas State, and UTEP have all extended offers to him. On his MaxPreps page, he lists his final 2023 Vipers game totals as follows: 34 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, and 6 sacks. Consequently, Morgan was selected to the District 25-6A First Team All-District.
