If Leeds United doesn’t claim promotion, they may have to accept a “bargain deal” for Rasmus Kristensen; the same may be true for Jack Harrison.

After hamstringing Leeds and the 49ers in the summer of 2023, loan conditions are luckily not a major problem for them after a year in the Championship.

However, there are now two players out on loan who are not wanted back at Elland Road and are out on loan for the second consecutive season.

Ben Jacobs provides an update regarding Rasmus Kristensen’s future at Leeds.

Journalist Ben Jacobs has recently provided an update regarding Rasmus Kristensen’s potential permanent departure from the team after his loan with Eintracht Frankfurt expires.

Although he is making an impression on the Bundesliga team, Leeds’ aspirations to get promoted to the Premier League may determine the outcome of many talks between the two parties.

Give Me Sport was told by Jacobs:

It’s unfortunate that Rasmus Kristensen has sustained a muscle injury and will be sidelined for a few weeks, but he has pleased Frankfurt both on and off the field.

“Kristensen has shown himself to be dependable, and Frankfurt sees him as a valuable addition to the dressing room.”

They might attempt to sign him on a long-term basis, but more likely they will try to work out a deal for the €15 million purchase option. We will need to wait and observe the situation.
